Live membership enrollment remains closed. An inquiry does not enroll you, book a service or authorize payment.
Done on Repeat is a service of Old Man Enterprises, LLC. This notice explains how we use details provided through our inquiry form. Contact hello@doneonrepeat.com with privacy questions or requests.
What an inquiry includes
We collect your name, email, optional phone number, town or ZIP code, selected maintenance interests, membership preference and intended start timing. We also record your agreement to be contacted, the inquiry time and whether you arrived through a supported Facebook or Instagram campaign link. A submission reference helps avoid saving the same request twice.
Please do not enter payment card details, access codes, full household records or sensitive personal information in the inquiry. We ask for your location first and discuss any equipment details after reviewing coverage.
How we use your details
We use inquiry details to review your area and needs, respond to your inquiry and discuss possible service coverage. An inquiry does not enroll you, book a service or authorize payment. It does not sign you up for promotional emails.
Systems used to handle an inquiry
Vercel hosts this website. Convex stores inquiry records for business review. Resend provides transactional email when application notifications are enabled. Porkbun forwards business email to Gmail for inbox review and replies. Website and email providers also process information needed to deliver their services, such as request and delivery records.
Stripe handles any separately invited membership checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe, not in this inquiry form. There is no payment step when submitting an inquiry.
Retention and requests
Our policy for live inquiries is to review unconverted inquiries after 90 days and delete them within 180 days unless you requested ongoing follow-up. Retention review and deletion are handled by a business operator. This is not an automatic deletion schedule.
Service records are retained during membership. Financial records may need separate retention. Contact hello@doneonrepeat.com to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask us to stop following up. We review these requests before making changes, including any records that need to be retained separately.
