Live membership enrollment remains closed. An inquiry does not enroll you, book a service or authorize payment.
Done on Repeat is a service of Old Man Enterprises, LLC. Membership provides routine home maintenance records, scheduling and provider coordination. It does not include physical services, products, emergency response or a home inspection.
Monthly membership is $99 per month. Annual membership is $1,089 for 12 months. Both include a separate $199 initial setup charge. Annual renewal requires your approval and is not automatic.
Work, appointment times and prices require your approval before booking. Provider services and products are separately quoted.
We confirm coverage and your agreed management scope before inviting payment. Management starts on your payment date. The setup fee covers establishing your home record, preferences and initial maintenance plan.
The $99 membership renews each month until canceled. Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next membership charge. Management continues through your paid period. You will not need to make a phone call to cancel. Separately approved service bookings keep their disclosed cancellation terms.
The $1,089 payment covers 12 months and does not renew automatically. We will contact you 30 days and seven days before it ends. Another annual payment requires your express approval. If you cancel early, unused full months are refundable at $90.75 each. The current partial month remains available through its end. We do not recalculate past months at the monthly price.
If you cancel before setup work begins, the $199 setup fee is fully refundable. It is earned once your agreed home record and initial plan are delivered. If we cannot provide the agreed management scope, we will offer a revised scope for your approval or return fees for undelivered setup and unused management.
Before you approve provider work, we will present the provider, scope, appointment time, total charge and cancellation or rescheduling terms. Any change requires another approval. These charges are separate from your membership.
